Lazy Days of Summer Giveaway Hop: Stop #12

Lazy Days of Summer Giveaway Hop
July 27th to August 1st
Hosted by Colorimety & I Am A Reader, Not A Writer

If this giveaway isn't all me, I'm not sure what is. Me and reading seem to be the best of friends right now. I love coming home after work during the summer and sitting on my deck with a book for an hour or three...and the fact that you are here means that you probably do too!

Up for giveaway this week is this awesome lazy summer read...

Waiting for You by Suzanne Colasanti: At the beginning of her sophomore year, Marisa is ready for a fresh start and, more importantly, a boyfriend. So when the handsome and popular Derek asks her out, Marisa thinks her long wait for happiness is over. But several bumps in the road—including her parents’ unexpected separation, a fight with her best friend, and a shocking disappointment in her relationship with Derek—test Marisa’s ability to maintain her new outlook. Only the anonymous DJ, whose underground podcasts have the school’s ear, seems to understand what Marisa is going through. But she has no idea who he is—or does she? In Waiting For You, this third romantic novel from Suzanne Colasanti, Marisa learns how to “be in the Now” and realizes that the love she’s been waiting for has been right in front of her all along. (hardback)

I'll probably include a few bookmarks or other goodies. This giveaway is open to blog followers in the US - just enter through the rafflecopter form below! and good luck!

And don't stop there!  There are over 200 other blogs participating. Go HERE to enter their giveaways too!

wow, hard one, as there have been so many, but I will say as of recent ones, the Significance series by Shelly Crane is one of my favorites. As well as Dreaming Dangerously and Darkness Descends (Children of the Psi books 1 and 2) by Kathleen Harsch , those really got me hooked. Both different than most things out there,I really liked them. As an old series I read, I loved City Of Lost Souls by Cassandra Clare. Of course I love the Covenant series by Jennifer L. Armentrout and know i will like the Lux series too. :)

So far this summer, my favorite read has been the sequel to A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness - Shadow of Night. It's a fantastic read with great, strong characters that travel back in time to find out more about the powers of Diana Bishop,a witch that is tied to the existance of all creatures(vampires, demons, & witches). Please read if you get a chance.
